DetailsThe summary task need to be linked to those tasks that relate directly to them, as they do in MS projects for example.
example Summary task (proposal) task 1: scope duration 2 days task 2: write proposal 4 days in this case the summary task should automatically default to 4 days the longest path on that element and if the tasks are linked then it should default to 6 days 2+4=6 at the moment the summary task duration has to be manally entered which is just very poor |
