Using iPhone version 2.4.5
According to the user manual, page 5 of 46, when in edit mode there is supposed to be a contol element that enables the ability to change the order of tasks on the list & gantt graph. This control does not exist on the version that I have. With out this ability the program is extremely difficult to use.

Sorry, but I can't confirm this error. On all my testing devices this functions works well.
Please add more details for your raport:
- device type
- iOS version
- is device jailbroken
- any other helpfull information

I'd Attached a screen shot of program running on my IPhone if I can figure out how.

In comments you have "Attach a file" button. To make screenshot on iPhone press Home + Power button at once. Screenshot will be added to your photos on iPhone.

Is this error still available on new version (2.5)?

With version 2.5 everything appears to be working as it should.
