DetailsMilestones are reached when a task has been completed without delay.
That means that a milestone should be reached at midnight of the day that the task has been completed. Today the milestone is placed on the following day and if you have a dependency to the milstone from a second task that task is placed yet another day later. This means that passing a milestone takes a full day and isn't an instant event which it should be in reality. |
