Just buy the apps for Macbook Pro run OSX El Capitan. It always freezing and crashing all the time eventhough I already un installed and re-instqlled

Same case for me... Can someone please help or just give my money back. I don't have time to deal with these issues. Bad app, always crashing, cannot save my work. What a pain. Seriously.
