In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. 2018-04-11T13:25:47ZVicki TrowlerI logged this via contact form on 13 March, but have had no response.
I am using Project Planner under macOS10.13.3 (since updated to macOS10.13.4)
I am trying to generate report with a GANTT chart but it just produces blank pages. I ned to export my GANTT chart into a PDF for a funding proposal urgently.

2018-04-11T13:21:52ZVicki TrowlerI have used this app successfully in the past. Today, when creating a new project, I have the following issues:
I add resources, and save the file - the resources are there.
I attempt to add a new task - the app crashes. Every time. I cannot add a new task.
The saved file, when I restart the app, does not contain the resourced I had added and saved.

2018-02-21T09:35:53ZfuadHello,
I am experiencing following problems with your software Sub Edit HD on my iPad pro 10.5 :
When loading a video the audio is not playing.
Subtitle files are not displayed at all. When trying to load a subtitle file, the corresponding video starts playing, but the column on the left side where the subtitles should be displayed for editing appears empty. Similarly, subtitles are also not displayed during video playback. I tried several subtitles in .ass format. Since none of them worked, I converted them to .srt format using the free software subtitle edit for Windows. The problem remained.
In addition to these issues, the app crashes every time I click on the cogwheel symbol on the lower right side of the main menu and select 'preferences - subtitles'.
Your help would be appreciated.
