I am using Project Planner under macOS10.13.3 (since updated to macOS10.13.4)

I am trying to generate report with a GANTT chart but it just produces blank pages. I ned to export my GANTT chart into a PDF for a funding proposal urgently.

I have used this app successfully in the past. Today, when creating a new project, I have the following issues:

I add resources, and save the file - the resources are there.
I attempt to add a new task - the app crashes. Every time. I cannot add a new task.

The saved file, when I restart the app, does not contain the resourced I had added and saved.

Can I please get a refund? I bought this App on App Store two days ago, I have spent hours trying to make this work but it doesn't. Customer service here is required please. I don't have time for this and I just want my money back. I may come back at this App in the future, when is fixed. But for now, I seriously don't want to deal with all these complains and bug fixing process.

Chart pages coming up blank in project report view and will not print either. Title page, project details and task details show up, but not the chart. Chart option is checked in settings. Tried reinstalling app; restarting computer; turning it off and back on. Nothing has worked so far.

I know most projects have task times greater than one day but could you please make it so that you can have a task finish in the same day it started?

I noticed there is not auatosave. Why not.
I only noticed this after it become frozen and shut down. Then i opened again and all my information was lost.

After i added more than 3 items the whole system run slow, crashes and freezes.

Apps always freezing & crashing everytime when using it. Already tried un-installed and re-installed with no luck.
